#2 High Crotch, High Single, Push Head Left, Kick Foot Right | #1 High Crotch (Head Outside Single)
After the knee pull, your opponent will most likely try to recover back to his feet. If that's the case, you can use his returning momentum to carry him to the other direction. As he comes back up towards the left, you push the head in that direction and kick his foot out right and he'll continue past you back down to the mat once again.
It is much nicer when you get him to pop off of his feet, but it's not necessary. As he's falling to the left you can always just attack the free ankle and wrap up both and get the takedown like that.
