#3 Front Headlock On Feet, Reinforced Cement Job | #8 Front Headlock & Stuck Under Counters
Dubbed the Super Cement, due to it being a cement job that's more powerful than a regular one.
We'll start with an under hook and grab the head with our free hand. Put your hand on the front side of his head with your fingers going over the top. Circle away and pull his head to make him step.
As he's stepping your free hand will shoot under his far arm and wrap his far shoulder. Now take your under hook and lift to get your shoulder under while your under hook arm shoots across his back. Lock up your hands as quickly as you can.
At this point, it should be game over. The only part left is to take him down to his back. You can take the cement the traditional way (forward), though good wrestlers tend to know how to base out well and stop that.
It may be easier to take your near knee and place it behind his and roll backwards. This way, he doesn't have a way to post and for the most part it will be foreign to him and he won't know how to brace himself.
Hop over and settle into a tripod until he's pinned. If the lock is too tight to get the shoulders down, let go of the lock but keep the head. Wrap the head as best as you can, trying to get your hand past his chin to lay flat on your chest. Settle your hips down, elevate your chest and his head, keep your knees off the mat.
Do not sit under. If you have the head wrapped tight enough you should not need to. If you sit under there's a chance your opponent can reverse the situation completely. You need to keep your feet as wide as you can so he can't roll and get off of his back.
